WordPress Registration, Lost Password, Login Form Widgets
Login, registration, password reset and edit profile forms can be added to your WordPress site as a widget.
When you go to Appearance > Widget, you will see ProfilePress Forms as part of the available widgets. You only add the widget to the widgetized areas you want the form to be displayed.
After selecting the widget area you want the form to appear, you can then choose which type of form to appear as seen below:
Save the changes and preview your website to see it live.
